Steven Caulker has had his two-match ban for England Under-21s overturned at a UEFA hearing in Switzerland.
However, teammate Thomas Ince has had his one-game suspension upheld.
The pair were punished in December for their part in a post-match brawl between England Under-21s and Serbia Under-21s in October.
Players from both sides scrapped after the final whistle of England's Euro 2013 qualifying victory in Krusevac.
Tottenham Hotspur defender Caulker has been reprimanded for his involvement and has been told to serve one day of community service.
Meanwhile, Serbia have been ordered to play their next two home games behind closed door and pay a €80,000 (£68,800) fine.
Serbian fitness coach Andreja Milutinovic has also had his worldwide ban increased from one year to two years.
