Jack Wilshere has warned Scotland that England will not be perturbed by a physical battle in Tuesday's friendly.
The Three Lions travel to Glasgow for the first time in 15 years for what is widely expected to be a feisty affair at Celtic Park tomorrow.
Nevertheless, Wilshere says that he and his teammates will match fire with fire in what he believes will be a similar atmosphere to a local derby.
"It's not going to be very friendly,' he told the Daily Mail. "It'll be a bit like Arsenal vs. Tottenham and Liverpool vs. Man United but we're used to that as players.
"We played them at Wembley a couple of years ago and it wasn't the friendliest then.
"They'll be a bit more up for it on their home ground but we know what we're walking into and we'll definitely be up for it."
Roy Hodgson's side secured a 3-2 win against their Scottish counterparts last August.
