Sports Mole previews Tuesday's friendly clash between Scotland and England in Glasgow.

The Auld Enemy go head to head in Glasgow on Tuesday night as England take on neighbours Scotland in what is sure to be a hotly-contested friendly encounter.

The match will serve as a return leg after England defeated the Scots 3-2 in a thrilling friendly at Wembley Stadium back in August 2013 - their first meeting since 1999.

Rickie Lambert was the hero for the Three Lions on that occasion, marking his debut by coming off the bench to score the winning goal 20 minutes from time.

England have enjoyed a strong start to their Euro 2016 qualifying campaign with four consecutive victories, but they will be coming up against a Scotland side that is full of confidence thanks to a resurgence under manager Gordon Strachan.

The Scots are in with a chance of reaching their first major tournament since 1998 as seven points from their opening four games of Euro 2016 qualifying have given them a good base on which to build, and they will be eager to continue their recent upturn with a win over their rivals.

Steven Fletcher is due to sit out the match for Scotland, while Rangers youngster Lewis Macleod could make his debut.

England, who will be without the rested Joe Hart, are likely to field a much-changed side that could feature Saido Berahino, Luke Shaw and Ross Barkley.
