England have been drawn against Germany, Italy and Hungary in League A Group 3 of the 2022-23 UEFA Nations League.
The Three Lions' battle against bitter rivals Germany - a team they beat en route to the final of Euro 2020 in the summer - is one of the headline ties due to take place in the group stage, as is their showdown against Italy - a repeat of that Euro 2020 final, which the Azzurri won on penalties.
Spain will also take on neighbours Portugal in League A Group 2, while Wales face Belgium, Netherlands and Poland, and holders France find themselves paired with Denmark, Croatia and Austria.
In League B, Scotland and Republic of Ireland have both been drawn in the same group alongside Ukraine and Armenia.
