Dele Alli has declared himself fit to play for England in their World Cup last-16 clash with Colombia on Tuesday.
The Tottenham Hotspur midfielder sustained a thigh injury in England's first match of the tournament against Tunisia and did not feature in the other Group G fixtures against Panama and Belgium.
However, Alli has been back in England training for a week, and the player has now stated that he is fully fit and raring to go against Jose Pekerman's side in Moscow.
Asked by Sky Sports News if he was fit to return to Gareth Southgate's side, Alli said: "Yeah. Obviously after the injury I was frustrated.
"I've been doing a lot of work and I'm back and ready to go."
John Stones is also back in training, with only Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Fabian Delph not having taken part in a squad session on Saturday.
