The Football Association has confirmed that England physio Gary Lewin is to return home from the World Cup after suffering a dislocated ankle.
Lewin slipped on a drinks bottle while celebrating the team's equaliser during their 2-1 defeat to Italy on Saturday night.
The 50-year-old will be replaced by assistant Steve Kemp for the remainder of the tournament.
England continue their campaign on Thursday when they take on Uruguay in Sao Paulo.
