England could be playing in temperatures of 31°C for their opening World Cup group stage game against Tunisia on Monday.
Gareth Southgate's side will play the fixture at the Volgograd Arena where the heat could cause players to sweat nine pints of water in a single match, according to The Mirror.
The Three Lions will train near St Petersburg on Wednesday morning in a comfortable 11°C, but the moderate climate will be nothing compared to next week.
England will travel over 1,000 miles from their training ground in Repino to their opening game in Volgograd on Monday.
Belgium and Panama will also face England in Group G later this month.
