England striker Daniel Sturridge has credited the team spirit within the squad after they secured World Cup qualification on Tuesday night.
The Three Lions defeated Poland 2-0 at Wembley Stadium to finish top of Group H with an unbeaten record.
Sturridge has now praised the togetherness within the side ahead of next year's tournament in Brazil.
"It is all about working together as a team and going out there to perform," the Liverpool forward is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"The squad has been close the whole time I have been here. It is always good to link up with each other again."
Sturridge has scored two goals in eight games for England since winning his first cap two years ago.
