Espanyol midfielder Abraham is hopeful that the international break will allow the Spanish outfit to 'recharge their batteries'.
The Barcelona-based side currently sit 12th in the La Liga table having taken just four points from their last six league matches.
"After the last defeat, days have now passed and we're a little calmer. Our situation isn't great and this break has come at a good time. We have to recharge our batteries and head to Vallecas for the win," he told reporters at a press conference.
"There's things we have to correct and the results will come, for sure. We're lacking a little confidence in the team and maybe against Rayo, we can get that back."
Espanyol return to action against Rayo Vallecano next Sunday.
