Espanyol have confirmed that captain Sergio Garcia has agreed to join Qatari outfit Al Rayyan.
The 32-year-old has spent the past five years at the Periquitos, and helped them to a 10th-place finish in La Liga last season.
Garcia will attend a press conference on Tuesday to say goodbye to the club's supporters.
He has become the second Spanish player to move to Qatar this summer, following Xavi's transfer to Al Sadd.
