Everton manager Roberto Martinez believes that the club will be safe in the hands of goalkeeper Joel Robles should tonight's FA Cup third-round replay be decided by a penalty shootout.
The number two keeper has started three games since Tim Howard suffered an injury during the Toffees' 1-0 defeat to Stoke City on Boxing Day.
"Penalties are one of his strengths," the Liverpool Echo quotes Martinez as saying. "He always practises in training and he has a bit of a knack for those moments. Emotionally he is perfect.
"He is not someone who gets too affected. He doesn't see it as a torrid time. As a goalkeeper sees it as an opportunity to become a hero. I think clearly he is one of those types of players."
Romelu Lukaku earned Everton a replay after scoring a late equaliser in last week's 1-1 draw at Goodison Park.
