Everton winger Steven Naismith has said that he is pleased with his side's performance against Stevenage in the fourth round of the FA Cup on Saturday.
However, the 27-year-old has sympathy for his teammate Bryan Oviedo, who was taken to hospital during the match with a suspected broken leg.
"The main concern for us is Bryan Oviedo's injury," BBC Sport quotes him as saying. "It's the first time in his career he has had a run of games and had chance to show his potential. I got my chance today and I've shown the manager what I can do.
"We've not got the biggest squad and everybody has got to play their part. Kevin Mirallas is a talent and is so versatile. If you give him freedom, he gets into space and gives you chances.
"These can be the trickiest games you play, but we prepared well and are into the next round. Hopefully we can progress further."
Naismith scored twice for Everton in their 4-0 win at the Lamex Stadium.
