Everton have been hit by a double injury blow as Richarlison and Andros Townsend face spells on the sidelines.
Both men featured during the recent match against Crystal Palace, but the Brazilian forward had to be replaced early in the second half after picking up a calf injury.
Richarlison now faces several weeks on the sidelines due to a tear in his calf muscle, which will stretch Rafael Benitez's attacking options even further with Dominic Calvert-Lewin already out of action.
Everton can also add Townsend to the injury list as he sustained a small bone fracture on Sunday, although it is currently unknown how long he will be unavailable.
Everton are already missing Tom Davies and Yerry Mina due to their own fitness issues, and Seamus Coleman has also suffered bone bruising which will need to be assessed ahead of their next game.
The Toffees will compete against Chelsea on Thursday night as they look to rebound from their recent 3-1 loss against Palace.
