Everton boss Roberto Martinez has said that Seamus Coleman will be assessed ahead of next week's Merseyside derby after the Irish defender suffered a hamstring injury.
The right-back picked up the knock in Monday night's 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion.
"The next 24 hours are going to be vital to find out how he feels and the extent of the injury," the Blues boss toldEvertonTV.
"Seamus is a really fit boy, so when he has that feeling that something is wrong with his hamstring, we need to take that seriously."
The Blues are currently sixth in the Premier League.
