Everton captain Phil Neville has admitted that the Toffees weren't firing on all cylinders against Wigan Athletic but is delighted to claim three points.
David Moyes's side extended their unbeaten run seven games with a 2-1 win over Wigan, thanks to goals from Leon Osman and Phil Jagielka.
Neville set up Jagielka's winning goal in his 500th Premier League appearance, and took to Twitter to share his relief at claiming the victory.
He tweeted: "Great result, didn't flow in our play but it was never going to be like that today. Chelsea next Sunday, feet up now!!!
"Thanks for all your kind messages today. I'm so happy to be back playing with the lads getting fitter by the game!"
The Toffees have moved up to fourth place in the Premier League to keep their challenge for a Champions League spot firmly alive.
