Everton captain Phil Neville has praised the contribution that striker Nikica Jelavic has made since joining the club from Rangers in January.
The Croatian frontman has scored three goals for the Toffees, including one during yesterday's 2-0 FA Cup quarter-final victory against Sunderland.
Neville believes that Jelavic provides the qualities that Everton have been lacking over recent seasons.
"We've got a centre-forward now who's winning us games, and we've now got a goal threat," Neville told talkSPORT.
"He's come in and been fantastic. People knock Scottish football and were asking if he could do it in England, but he'd score goals anywhere. His quality has taken the breath away of everyone at the club.
"Jelavic is a top class finisher and gives us a real presence up front."
Everton are believed to have paid around £6m for the 26-year-old.
