Burnley manager Sean Dyche has reiterated that he is paying no attention to speculation linking him with the vacant Everton job.
Dyche is one of the favourites to succeed the sacked Ronald Koeman at Goodison Park, with the Englishman's stock rising even further as Burnley climbed up to sixth with a 1-0 victory away to Southampton this afternoon.
Everton, by contrast, are languishing in the relegation zone and have already been eliminated from the EFL Cup and Europa League, and Dyche insists that his sole focus remains on Burnley.
"It is the story that is outside of me and yes it is about me but I have no control on what is put out there. I just get on with the job," he told Sky Sports News.
Burnley have now lost just one of their last nine Premier League outings and only two all season.
