Interim boss David Unsworth has admitted that Everton need results - rather than performances - in the Premier League over the coming weeks.
On Wednesday night, the Toffees put in an improved display during a 2-1 defeat at Chelsea, a game which marked Unsworth's first game in charge since replacing Ronald Koeman on a temporary basis.
The Foxes make the trip to the King Power Stadium to face Leicester City on Sunday afternoon, and Unsworth has suggested that only a win will do from the contest in the East Midlands.
The 44-year-old told reporters: "I'm clear what my role is day to day until somebody tells me otherwise. We will just keep doing what we do best
"It's always about getting results. We expect results. I've said that time and time again - this club, our fans, expect a certain level of performance. We got that the other night but we need wins now quickly - not for me but for the club."
Everton currently sit in the relegation zone in the league standings.
