Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Everton.
With Tosun scoring 12 goals during the first half of the season, the 26-year-old has been linked with a move to the Premier League during the January window.
Both Crystal Palace and Newcastle United have been credited with an interest in the player and according to the Daily Mail, Everton are ready to join the race for his signature.
Toffees boss Sam Allardyce is keen to secure a long-term replacement for Romelu Lukaku, and Tosun has been identified as a potential incoming at the start of 2018.
Palace have previously been tipped to make a bid of £17m, but Besiktas could ask for anything over the £20m mark, with the Turkish international playing a key role in the club's progress through to the last 16 of the Champions League.
Tosun still has 18 months remaining on his existing deal at the Istanbul-based club.
