Norwegian international goalkeeper Orjan Nyland is nearing a move to Premier League side Everton, according to a report.
The 24-year-old, currently with Molde in Norway's Tippeligaen, has been linked with a host of European sides, including Manchester United, after impressing for club and country over the last 18 months.
However, with Tim Howard out injured, Everton have now moved for the 6ft 4in goalkeeper, ESPN claims.
Nyland, who only signed a five-year contract with Molde in September, is thought to be valued at around £3m.
In 2013, he beat David de Gea to the title of Goalkeeper of the Tournament at the Under-21 European Championships, after helping Norway to a bronze medal.
He made his senior debut for Norway in November 2013 and has won 10 caps for his country in total.
