Everton manager Ronald Koeman has revealed that he still wants to bring in another defender and another striker this summer.
The Toffees have been one of the busiest clubs during the current transfer window, signing no fewer than seven new players including the likes of Michael Keane, Jordan Pickford, Wayne Rooney, Davy Klaassen and Sandro Ramirez.
However, having lost Ramiro Funes Mori to a long-term injury and seen Romelu Lukaku leave for Manchester United, Koeman is eager to bring in more reinforcements before the start of the new season.
"We lost Funes Mori with a knee injury so we are looking to replace him," he told reporters.
"We lost Lukaku so we brought in Sandro Ramirez in and we will try to get another striker in and maybe one more."
Everton have also been heavily linked with a move for Swansea City playmaker Gylfi Sigurdsson, although they have seen two offers turned down so far.
