Everton left-back Leighton Baines reportedly intends to remain at Goodison Park for at least another year, amid claims that he is wanted by Major League Soccer sides.
The long-serving defender, who has featured 404 times for the Toffees, is understood to be a target for Los Angeles Galaxy and Los Angeles FC.
Following suggestions that Baines would travel to California to hold talks with both clubs, however, the Liverpool Echo reports that the Englishman has no plans to leave Goodison Park this summer.
Baines instead wants to work under the club's new manager, whoever that may be, having seen his 2017-18 campaign blighted by a calf problem that ruled him out for 15 games.
Everton teammate Wayne Rooney's move to DC United moved a step closer on Wednesday, meanwhile, as the striker-cum-midfielder was pictured arriving in the American capital.
