Watford forward Richarlison reportedly remains on course to complete a move to Everton by the end of the day after arriving on Merseyside to undergo a medical.
The two clubs are understood to have agreed a fee of £44m for the 21-year-old, a year after he joined the Hornets for nearly a quarter of that sum.
With Everton's backroom staff only arriving back from the club's trip to the Algarve on Monday morning, Sky Sports News reports that Richarlison's medical at Finch Farm was slightly delayed.
Asked about his interest in Richarlison after Sunday's 1-0 friendly loss to Porto, however, Toffees boss Marco Silva gave little away.
"Of course I respect your question but I am here to talk about our players and the players signed with our club," he told the Liverpool Echo.
"At this moment Richarlison is not our player and we have to respect that. He was my player last season but all I talk about is the players signed with Everton."
Richarlison, left out of Watford's side to face Fortuna Dusseldorf at the weekend, failed to register a single goal or assist in 23 matches in the second half of last season.
