Portugal international Nani can reportedly leave Fenerbahce for £6.5m in this summer's transfer window.
The 29-year-old, who has scored twice for his country at Euro 2016, joined Fenerbahce from Manchester United last summer and scored 12 times in 46 appearances during the 2015-16 campaign.
A number of clubs, including Everton, Valencia and Inter Milan, have been linked with the attacker and according to the Daily Mail, Nani has a £6.5m release clause in his current contract.
Nani spent eight seasons with Man United between 2007 and 2015, winning four Premier League titles and one Champions League crown during his time at Old Trafford.
