Feyenoord have remained within touching distance of Eredivisie leaders Ajax thanks to a 2-0 win against PEC Zwolle in Sunday's clash at De Kuip.
After a scoreless first half, the hosts took the lead in the 54th minute through ex-Liverpool forward Dirk Kuyt, who collected Rick Karsdorp's pass before rifling high into the net.
The result was then put beyond doubt thanks to a second Feyenoord strike, this time through Eljero Elia, who fired hard at the near post past the opposition goalkeeper with seven minutes to go.
Feyenoord climb back to second in the Eredivisie table, three points behind Ajax, while Zwolle remain in fifth place.
