France coach Didier Deschamps has praised his team for their 'intense' performance during Tuesday's friendly win over Norway.
Les Bleus got their World Cup preparations underway in emphatic style in Paris as they hammered the Norwegians 4-0.
"It was great," Deschamps is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News. "The stadium was full and we'd had a good week. It materialised in the match, we had all the ingredients.
"We had intensity, determination. I was able to give players some playing time and there is a collective desire."
France play their penultimate friendly ahead of this summer's World Cup on Sunday, when they entertain Paraguay.
