France manager Didier Deschamps has called for more clarity over the use of goal-line technology in the World Cup.
There was confusion during France's 3-0 win over Honduras when a shot from Karim Benzema hit the post, before being turned into his own goal by keeper Noel Valladares.
A first replay of the goal initially showed that Benzema's shot had not gone in, before it was confirmed that the keeper had indeed touched the ball over the line.
"I think it is a good solution. We were just worried that on the screen they showed an image that didn't correspond to the goal," Sky Sports News quotes him as saying.
"It was only after the goalkeeper pushes the ball into the goal it is a goal. The image shown must be the one that justifies the decision of the referee."
France's other two goals were scored by Benzema, while Wilson Palacios was sent off for Honduras for picking up two yellow cards.
