Paul Pogba has insisted that France are prepared to face any of the teams remaining at the World Cup after securing a spot in the last 16.
A goalless draw with Ecuador on Wednesday night ensured that France set up a meeting against Nigeria in the last round, but Pogba is confident that the prospect of playing Argentina would not have concerned the squad.
"We can be satisfied with how we did overall and with our qualification for the knockout stages," the 21-year-old told FIFA.com.
"It could have been Argentina or another team, but no matter who it is, our goals of winning and getting as far as possible in the tournament don't change. We're doing everything we can to achieve those aims."
France will play either Germany or Algeria in the quarter-finals if they manage to beat Nigeria on Monday.
