Ashkan Dejagah has said that he is "very happy" to have been able to play in both of Fulham's pre-season games in Costa Rica.
The Iranian international sustained an ankle ligament injury in April, but was able to resume training earlier this month.
The midfielder told the team's official website: "It is good so far. The weather is nice and we are working hard here. I think the games have been good and we won, but we can always play better and we have time to improve.
"It has been very hard for me as it was my first big injury. After three months it is not easy to come back, but I am working hard and trying my best and hopefully I have shown I am ready to play in these few games.
"I am very happy to come back and play on the pitch. I enjoy my football and I love the Premier League, Craven Cottage, the fans and everything. I try and play my best."
The 27-year-old joined the Cottagers on deadline day in last summer's transfer window.
