Fulham forward Omri Altman has been called up by Israel for their upcoming home European Under-21 Championship campaign.
The 19-year-old, who has yet to feature for the Cottagers' first team, is the only foreign-based player in Israel's squad.
Meanwhile, Racing de Santander midfielder Gai Assulin, who was released by Manchester City last summer, is a surprise omission from the 23-man party.
Israel will face England in Jerusalem on June 11 in the pair's final Group A fixture.
