Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic has said that he will not compromise on the style of football played by the Whites for the upcoming Premier League season.
The South-West London club won plaudits from fans and critics alike for their attractive manner last season as they won promotion from the Championship four years after they last played in the top flight.
Speaking to Marca, Jokanovic stated his intention to keep playing passing football despite fears of a lack of possession when playing against the bigger clubs.
"It's another level and we have to be prepared. The transfer market is an important period to bring the pieces we need," he said.
"We are not going to change the style. We are not going to hit balls or park the bus. It would not be a good plan. The Premier is very demanding, we need to change things, but we are not going to give up our style."
Jokanovic has been Fulham boss since December 2015, leading them to the Premier League with a 1-0 win playoff final win over Aston Villa in May.
