Fulham midfielder Kevin McDonald has urged his side to bring in more new players ahead of the new season.
The Cottagers have been busy this summer, with Alfie Mawson's move from Swansea City on Thursday the sixth addition to the West London club after the likes of Andre Schurrle and Jean Michael Seri were brought in.
Speaking after a 1-0 defeat to Sampdoria, however, McDonald told football.london that his team need more fresh faces if they are to survive on their return to the Premier League.
"We've strengthened where we needed to strengthen and I'm sure they'll bring in a few more as well but we need strength in depth, we need two players in each position and that's what they always say," the midfielder said.
"There will be a lot of rotation throughout the season and it's good to have these players.
"We brought in some real quality players and you saw them on show tonight and they're all great additions and it can only be a bonus for us all."
Fulham's opening fixture of the season is against London rivals Crystal Palace next Saturday.
