Fulham coach Rene Meulensteen has praised the character and resilience of his players following their vital 2-1 victory over Norwich City at Carrow Road this afternoon.
Fulham had trailed to a Gary Hooper opener, but fought their way to victory thanks to goals from Pajtim Kasami and Scott Parker.
"We have worked so hard in all the previous games but this was a game we were looking to get points on the board," said Meulensteen, according to BBC Sport.
"I cannot fault the players for their resilience and character. We need to start getting clean sheets, which we didn't get, but I asked for one in the second half.
"People keep reminding us about our position, we don't want to be there. If we keep these performances going, we will climb up steadily."
The result sees the London club sitting in 18th position in the Premier League table, level on points with Crystal Palace.
