Liverpool have registered a 3-1 away win against Fulham in the Premier League, thanks to a hat-trick from Daniel Sturridge.
Brendan Rodgers's side started the game the brighter of the two teams but had to wait until the 14th minute to get their first effort on target.
Philippe Coutinho wriggled past an opponent and shot at the Fulham goal, but Mark Schwarzer was alert to his attempt.
Daniel Sturridge collected Jamie Carragher's pass on the left and tried to fire home from a narrow angle but in vain, before Jordan Henderson took an attempt from distance as Liverpool asserted themselves at Craven Cottage.
Then much against the run of play Fulham almost took the lead just after the half-hour mark through Eyong Enoh, but Reds goalkeeper Pepe Reina made a good save.
Moments later Martin Jol's side were 1-0 up thanks to Dimitar Berbatov, who headed home Sascha Riether's cross from close range.
However, Liverpool restored parity immediately, Sturridge firing home from the centre of the Fulham penalty area.
The former Chelsea striker put the Reds in the lead in the 63rd minute. He latched on to Coutinho's pass and coolly slotted it past Schwarzer.
Coutinho and Sturridge combined again on 85 minutes, the Brazilian sending the latter through on goal for a cool finish to wrap up his hat-trick.
