Fulham and West Ham United have reportedly joined the race to sign Swansea City defender Alfie Mawson.
Burnley allegedly opened discussions with the South Wales outfit this week over a potential move for the centre-back, who wants to remain in the top flight following Swansea's relegation last season.
According to Sky Sports News, London-based duo Fulham and West Ham are the latest clubs to signal their intent to sign the English international.
The source says that the Hammers have rekindled their interest following failed bids for Mawson earlier in the window, while the Cottagers are looking to add to their defence following the arrival of Maxime Le Marchand.
Mawson, who is valued at around £20m, is yet to feature for Swansea in pre-season as he recovers from knee surgery.
