Jean Michael Seri's agent has claimed that the midfielder is waiting for AC Milan to make a move following talks with Serie A rivals Roma.
The Ivorian, who joined Fulham for a club-record fee of £25m last summer, is seeking a new club following the Cottagers' relegation from the Premier League and has held discussions with Roma.
New Milan manager Marco Giampaolo is looking to strengthen his squad as he looks to build on the Rossoneri's fifth-placed finish last season.
Speaking to Calciomercato, agent Franklin Mala said Fulham were looking for around £22m for a player who was widely reported to have almost signed for Barcelona before moving to West London from Nice.
Mala said: "We know that we are talking a lot about Milan for Seri. At this moment I can only say that we will see if there will be any developments, we are waiting.
"We have so many opportunities and we will choose the best for the player."
Earlier this month, Mala told TeleRadioStereo that Seri's preferred destination was the Italian top flight.
