Male supporters have been banned from watching their team for six matches after a disciplinary hearing found them to be the main perpetrators behind the incident, Goal.com reports.
Fenerbahce fans clashed with police after the Galatasaray match, hitting them with projectiles and throwing flares onto the pitch.
The club were fined €38,750 (£30,910) for being unable to control their fans, though Galatasaray president Unal Aysal was hit with a €15,000 (£12,000) penalty for comments he made in the wake of the incident.
The match finished 0-0, securing an 18th league title for Galatasaray.
