Galatasaray manager Igor Tudor has been removed from his position in the dugout after just 10 months at the club.
In February, Tudor was handed an 18-month contract by Galatasaray but the Turkish giants would only finish in fourth place in the league table.
The Yellow-Reds enjoyed a fine start to the current campaign with an eight-point lead being established at the top of the standings, but four defeats in seven matches has led to the club dropping down to third place.
With just one league game to come until the middle of January, the Galatasaray hierarchy have opted to make the change in the dugout in a bid to keep the team in contention for the title.
During his time at the Turk Telekom Stadium, Tudor won 18 and lost 11 of his 33 matches in charge in all competitions.
