Turkish outfit Galatasaray have revealed that they have opened up negotiations with Inter Milan over the purchase of Wesley Sneijder.
The Dutch international, who has fallen out with officials at Inter regarding his contract, had reportedly attracted interest from Manchester United, Tottenham Hotspur and Paris Saint-Germain.
However, it now appears that Gala are the frontrunners to land the 28-year-old's signature.
"Galatasaray announces it has begun negotiations with the FC Internazionale for the transfer of Wesley Sneijder," read a statement on the club's official website. "The public will be informed of developments."
Sneijder joined Inter in the summer of 2009 from Real Madrid.
