GFC Ajaccio's Coupe de la Ligue match with Guingamp has been abandoned due to a heavily waterlogged pitch.
The tie was abandoned 10 minutes after half time, with the referee deeming the conditions unplayable.
The home side took advantage of the weather on the half-hour mark, as Jacques Zoua pounced on a defensive error to make it 1-0.
However, Yannis Salibur levelled it up shortly before the half-time whistle, as the forward's long-range free kick sneaked its way in past a helpless Jules Goda in the Ajaccio net.
The rain continued to pour throughout the break, as the officials monitored the playing conditions for the second half.
However, the game restarted in spectacular fashion, as Louis Poggi restored the home side's lead in a frantic start.
Guingamp replied with a goal of their own minutes later, as Julien Begue broke down the left and finished smartly for his side's second equaliser.
The match ended on a sour note as Marcus Coco was given a straight red card for a two-footed challenge.
The French official called the players off shortly after and abandoned the game after assessing the pitch.
The game will be rescheduled and replayed at a later date.
