Germany team manager Oliver Bierhoff has admitted that the side was "depressed" following Wednesday's 4-4 draw with Sweden.
Die Mannschaft led 4-0 in the World Cup qualifier before they were uncharacteristically pegged back in Berlin.
"We were all affected and depressed, because we played like champions in the first 60 minutes," Bierhoff told Die Welt.
"Everyone needed to collect themselves and on those evenings, you notice the team slowly opens up and things are discussed."
Despite the draw, Germany are still three points clear at the top of Group C.
