Groningen and FC Utrecht have played out an entertaining 2-2 draw in this afternoon's Eredivisie clash at the Euroborg Stadium.
The hosts opened the scoring just after the half-hour mark when the prolific Tjaronn Chery curled a free kick over the wall and past the stranded Robbin Ruiter.
However, the visitors equalised just two minutes later, with Edouard Duplan blasting the ball home after connecting with a corner.
Five minutes after the restart, Groningen were back in front when a good cross from Hans Hateboer was nodded into the net by Michael de Leeuw.
As with the first half, it did not take Utrecht to level proceedings, with just five minutes elapsing before Yassine Ayoub collected the ball on the edge of the area to fire an unstoppable shot past Sergio Padt.
Both sides set about trying to find a winner, but ultimately had to settle for a share of the spoils.
