Hamburg have defeated defending German champions Borussia Dortmund 3-2 at home in the Bundesliga.
The home side broke the deadlock after just two minutes when Son Heung-Min headed home Rafael van der Vaart's cross from close range.
That did not deter Dortmund from creating their chances, as Lukasz Piszczek, Moritz Leitner and Robert Lewandowski all tried their luck but in vain.
Jurgen Klopp's side eventually equalised a minute after the half-time interval when Ivan Perisic slammed home Robert Lewandowski's pass from inside the Hamburg penalty box.
That sparked a flurry of goals, as HSV regained their lead in the 55th minute when Ivo Ilicevic slotted home Van der Vaart's pass.
Son made it 3-1 to the hosts four minutes later, but within a minute Dortmund found the target through Perisic.
The visitors intensified their attack in the final 30 minutes of the match, as Perisic and Neven Subotic went close, but they failed to find the equaliser.
