Hannover have added Latvian striker Artjoms Rudnevs to their squad for the rest of the season, with the player arriving on loan from Hamburger SV for the second half of the Bundesliga campaign.
Rudnevs said that he did not get as much playing time as he had hoped for at Hamburg and that he was looking to impress his new side for the rest of the season.
"I didn't get as much playing time as I'd anticipated in the first half of the season, so there wasn't much hesitation when Hannover came in with an offer," he told Bundesliga.com.
"Now I want to help the team have a successful second campaign half. The training camp will certainly help me get to know the coach and the squad quickly."
The 25-year-old moved to Hamburg in the summer of 2012.
