Hannover goalkeeper Ron-Robert Zieler has spoken of his ambition to one day play in the Premier League.
The 24-year-old has been the subject of interest from Liverpool in recent weeks, as Barcelona ramp up their interest in current stopper Pepe Reina.
Zieler joined Manchester United from Koln as a youngster in 2005, coming through the youth ranks at Old Trafford before leaving for the ADW-Arena in 2010.
The German international said that his experience in England has whetted his appetite for Premier League football.
"I have a past as a player in England and I fluently speak the language, too," he told Bild.
"The people over there are totally keen on football and I am definitely able to imagine coming out for a club in their league in the future."
Zieler has won two caps for his country.
