Hartlepool United assistant manager Mickey Barron has said that there is not much difference in quality between the top and bottom teams in League One.
Pools were relegated two weeks ago but held high-flying Brentford to a 1-1 draw last weekend.
"It was tough having already gone down but for half an hour [against Brentford] we dominated and all game you couldn't see who was third in the table," Barron told BBC Tees.
"They're the margins of League One - we've been on the wrong end of them."
Hartlepool travel to Crawley Town on Saturday afternoon.
