Hartlepool United boss Ronnie Moore has stressed that he is not worried by his side's barren run of form.

The League Two side have lost each of their last six games in all competitions, in a run stretching back to mid-August.

Pools have slipped down to 14th place in the table as a result, but Moore is confident that "results will change" in the coming weeks even if performances remain the same.

Speaking to reporters after his side's cruel defeat at Exeter City last time out, the experienced manager said: "It's not a case of 'back to the drawing board' or thinking 'where do we go from here?', it's about turning it around and we can.

"If we keep playing like that then the results will change. We need to stick together, keep believing in what we are doing and hope we get a break. I've been on a run like this before and it will turn but you have to make it turn."

Hartlepool face Cambridge United in their next outing, with both sides currently locked on nine points apiece.
