Hannover have recorded a 3-0 away win over Hertha Berlin in the Bundesliga this afternoon, thanks to goals from Lars Stindl, Jan Schlaudraff and Szabolcs Huszti.
Hertha went close in the opening minutes of the game when Adrian Ramos managed to fire off a left-footed shot from a difficult angle, which flew just wide of the left post.
Hannover nearly opened the scoring after 15 minutes when Artjoms Rudnevs got on the end of Huszti's cross, but he could only guide his header wide of the right post.
Berlin might have taken the lead just before the break, however Per Skjelbred couldn't make the most of Ronny's pass as he flashed his effort wide of goal from the centre of the box.
However, it was Hannover who came out of the traps quickest in the second half, as striker Stindl gave them the lead in the 49th minute with a neat finish into the top corner.
Hannover increased their lead in the 57th minute when Leonardo Bittencourt picked out Schlaudraff, who fired home from the left side of the box.
Huszti provided the gloss on proceedings when he notched the hosts' third of the game in injury time with a neat finish into the top right corner of the goal.
