Hibernian have overcome Dundee United 2-1 at Easter Road to go top of the Scottish Premier League.
Leigh Griffiths gave Hibs the lead after 18 minutes when he volleyed home Eion Doyle's cross.
Doyle then doubled the lead on 51 minutes when he planted a finish into the top right-hand corner of the goal after some neat build-up play from Paul Cairney.
Gary Mackay-Steven reduced the deficit for Peter Houston's side two minutes later, curling a shot beyond goalkeeper Ben Williams from outside the area.
United were unable to force an equaliser however and the home side held on to go three points clear of second-placed Celtic.
