Andreas Beck has claimed that Hoffenheim were not good enough in the 1-0 defeat to Borussia Dortmund on Friday evening.
Ilkay Gundogan scored the only goal of the game to lift Dortmund off the bottom of the table, but Beck was left disappointed with his side's attacking display.
"There are many, many things that we've got to improve," the Hoffenheim defender told reporters. "We created too few chances and that's not good enough against a side like BVB.
"Now we have two difficult home games coming up and we have got to get some points."
Hoffenheim return to action against Eintracht Frankfurt next Friday.
